United States Tour: Opificio Modenese’s Latest Collection PE 24 is Inspired by the US, and Today We Will Travel Together.
Our latest collection, Spring/Summer 2024, is inspired by the coasts of the United States, and what we would like to do with today’s article is to show you some of the beautiful American cities, which we have named our fantastic garments after.
Malibu, California:
Our first stop couldn’t be anywhere else but Malibu. Located along the coast of California, Malibu is famous for its spectacular beaches and laid-back lifestyle. We have dedicated a super cool blouse to this popular destination for celebrities and surf lovers, featuring a braided detail on both sides. The fit is comfortable, slightly oversized, with a round neckline.
Monterey, California:
Our next stop is Monterey, famous for its lovely waterfront and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, renowned worldwide. Thanks to the shores of this stunning place, at Opificio Modenese, we have designed high-waisted pants with a unique nettle fabric. Our Monterey features wide legs, double pleats on the front, and French pockets on the sides.
Hilton Head, South Carolina:
Located off the coast of South Carolina, Hilton Head is a renowned beach resort known for its white sandy beaches and marvelous sunsets. It is from these sunsets that we drew inspiration, incorporating colors and shapes into our dress. It is a floor-length dress, characterized by a large hood that falls forward to form an elegant draped neckline.
Sitka, Alaska:
As our final stop, we travel to Alaska to reach Sitka. A picturesque port city surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, including mountains, rainforests, and fjords. OPI[MO] has created this jacket, inspired by the mountains surrounding Sitka. It is a short single-breasted jacket, with a notch lapel collar, characterized by denim-effect fabric and a belt that accentuates the waistline.
