Recently, Opificio Modenese’s team had the privilege to visit Eurojersey S.P.A., an Italian company that is a leader in the production of technical seamless fabrics and renowned for its Sensitive® Fabrics patent.
During this exclusive experience, we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the heart of a production process that combines innovation, tradition, and a strong commitment to sustainability.
What makes Eurojersey S.P.A. a benchmark in the textile industry is the attention given to every specific stage of production: the company offers a vertical production process where each step is designed to ensure materials that combine performance, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility.
Our tour began in the knitting department, a large laboratory where we were able to observe the accuracy and precision of the machinery, which is constantly monitored by skilled operators.

It is noteworthy that the company has almost a hundred machines, about 70% of which are used for flat weaving, while the remainder is used for creating textured fabrics with three-dimensional effects.
Next, we examined the process that transforms the raw fabric into a piece ready to be dyed. In this phase, the material undergoes dyeing using various powders depending on specific needs, it is processed at high temperatures and finally washed with cold water to fix the color and elasticity. The company uses cutting-edge machinery that significantly reduces water consumption during this process. In this regard, we were able to observe the productivity and modernity of their color kitchen; in this section, high-precision machines weigh each dye with extreme accuracy, minimizing color variations between different dye baths. This system ensures the safe handling of chemicals, eliminating the need for direct contact by operators.
Another fascinating aspect is the different printing techniques used within the company, which range from screen print and rotary print to digital print. Our team had the opportunity to witness the latter firsthand, a precise creation phase that not only allows for reproducing a wide range of patterns but also gives the fabric a unique effect of movement and texture, thanks to the ability to replicate color gradients and shades that provide depth and three-dimensionality to the print. After that, the process continues with internal quality control, where fabrics are meticulously checked to ensure they meet the company’s high-quality standards. Eurojersey S.P.A. works with German and Italian machinery, which are customized in close collaboration with suppliers to achieve a result that meets high demands.
Continuing our visit, we entered the creative department, where we fully immersed ourselves in the creative process that defines the company; an inspiring environment where technological innovation blends with the art of design to create fabrics that meet the aesthetic and functional needs of the market.
Furthermore, by visiting the Research and Development office, we saw how fabrics are constantly subjected to a series of tests aimed at ensuring their quality and durability from various perspectives.

Our visit concluded in the warehouse, where the fabric is carefully wrapped in cellophane and finally prepared for shipment.
Eurojersey S.P.A. stands out for its sustainable approach, which translates into low-impact production processes, reduction of water and energy consumption, and the use of high-quality raw materials selected with ethical and environmental criteria. This tangible commitment demonstrates how fashion can be synonymous with innovation and style, without forgetting respect for the planet and future generations.

Opificio Modenese also moves in this direction, carefully choosing the materials it works with and favoring fabrics like Sensitive® Fabrics, a symbol of quality, innovation, and sustainability. We firmly believe that the future of fashion must be based on conscious choices that reduce environmental impact without compromising quality.
This experience has been a source of inspiration for us and confirms that, with passion and dedication, it is possible to innovate while respecting both tradition and environment.
