Policy on the Processing of Personal Data
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679
CREA SI S.A.S. DI TREVISANI MARIA & C. in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, in accordance with and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 hereinafter 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, and that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Your personal data may, with your consent, be used for the following purposes:
To follow up on your contact request or information submitted via a message in the free-text field of this form;

Methods of processing

Data retention period
Your data will be retained according to the following criteria:
For the time necessary to process your contact or information request;
Your email address, if subscribed to our newsletter service, will be retained until you decide to unsubscribe using the appropriate functionality in the email.
Transfer of data to non-EU countries
Your personal data is stored within the European Union, but also with providers that provide hosting or analysis services with offices in non-EU countries. The relevant providers all adhere to the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, which legitimizes the transfer in complete security.
